Adequate Breakfast Options

The continental breakfast included with our room was quite basic but met all our needs. There was a good selection of juices, pastries, and fruits to start the day off right. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, including kiwi, which was delicious and sweeter than I've had back home!

Unexpected Spa Delight

I was pleasantly surprised by the spa offering at Jetpark! It was a lovely touch after a day of sightseeing. Enjoying a nice swim and relaxing in the spa was a great way to relax and rejuvenate, especially without the typical sulfur smell found elsewhere in Rotorua!

Convenient Parking Experience

Parking at the Jetpark Hotel was incredibly convenient. I appreciated being able to park right outside my room, making it easy to load and unload my luggage without any hassle. The area felt safe, and I had no issues finding a spot during my stay.

My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The location was fantastic, right near the city center with plenty of dining and shopping options. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings which were quite limited and at times not fresh. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I felt that the dining could use a bit more variety.

I had a mixed experience at Jet Park Rotorua. On the positive side, the location is fantastic for exploring the area, and the breakfast was really enjoyable, with a good selection. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also impressive. On the downside, the noise levels from the pool area were unbearable at times, making it difficult to relax, especially at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was quite poor, which was frustrating.

I had a fabulous stay at JetPark Hotel Rotorua! The location is truly unbeatable, just a short walk from Rotorua Central and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious and well-furnished, but I did encounter a few small cockroaches, which was a bit concerning. Overall, the staff were courteous, and the continental breakfast was decent. My only drawback was the pest issue, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.
